Baked Salmon With Fennel And Potatoes Recipe
Preparation time – 40 minutes
- Salmon 700-800 g;
- 1 kg potato;
- 1 bunch dill;
- Olive oil 3 tbsp .;
- 1/2 lemon pieces;
- Salt to taste;
- White pepper (ground) to taste;
How to cook:
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Dill finely chop.
Salmon, rinse, dry and cut into 4 pieces.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sprinkle with 1/3 bunch of dill. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Clean potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in salted water until soft (about 10 minutes).
Fold in a colander and allow to dry. Transfer to a deep bowl.
Add to potatoes 1/3 bunch of dill, olive oil and salt.
Mix well and place on a large flameproof dish in one layer.
Meanwhile, place potatoes slices of salmon.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, stir the potatoes and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Potatoes should be browned and the flesh of the fish with a fork piercing should flake easily.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 bunch of dill and serve immediately!
